Honesty, hard work and family values
Hi, my name is Chad Avery and I help clients buy and sell homes. I'm a family man - I have a wife and three kids. In my free time, I like to work on cars and cook. I am known in the community for being honest and hardworking.
I got into real estate because I love working with people and helping them find their dream home. It's so rewarding to see the look on my clients' faces when they finally find the perfect property. Sales is definitely a big part of my job, but customer relations is even more important to me.
One of the most important qualities an effective real estate agent must possess is honesty. This quality is especially important because real estate transactions involve large sums of money and huge life decisions. As your agent, I will always be honest with you about properties, prices, market conditions, and anything else that may impact your decision-making process.
I believe that being honest with my clients is the best way to build trust and create lasting relationships. My goal is always to help my clients make the best decision possible, even if that means they ultimately decide not to work with me. That's why you can always count on me to give you straight answers to your questions and provide you with all the information you need to make informed decisions.
Another quality that has helped me succeed as a real estate agent is hard work. Buying or selling a property is a huge undertaking, and there are often a lot of moving parts involved. That's why it's so important to have an experienced and committed agent by your side who is willing to put in the extra work to get the job done right.
As your agent, I will always go above and beyond to ensure that your transaction goes smoothly from start to finish. Whether it's negotiating on your behalf, coordinating showings, or dealing with paperwork, you can rest assured knowing that I will take care of everything while keeping your best interests at heart.
If you're thinking about buying or selling a property, or if you just have some questions about the process, please don't hesitate to reach out. I would be more than happy to help you in any way I can.
