Rica relocated to Wenatchee from Maple Valley in Western Washington to attend Wenatchee Valley College earning a degree in office technology/law, worked for KPQ Radio in media sales, Wenatchee School District and is a member of North Central Washington Multiple Listing Service, and Northwest Multiple Listing Service which serves all the entire State of Washington.
