Hi, I'm Kaitlin, but you can call me Kate or Katy! I'm a Florida native, but I am thrilled to now be a resident of the beautiful state of Washington.

My extensive background in the hospitality and the service industries, combined with my outgoing, empathetic and tenacious personality is going to ensure that I provide all of my clients with the upmost respect, care and 110% of my efforts. I have a passion for working with people, particularly in providing positive and purposeful experiences in their lives, so it only made sense to start a career that will allow me to pursue making people's dreams of home ownership come to fruition,

When I'm not working, you can find me adventuring the great outdoors! I love traveling, snowboarding, hiking with my husky, staying active, and spending quality time with my loved ones.
