Pybus University - Dahlias 101: A Garden of Earthly Delights

This class, led by members of the North Central Washington Dahlia Society, offers hands-on instruction on planting and caring for dahlias. Topics include soil preparation, planting techniques, selecting garden locations, dahlia varieties, terminology, and ongoing maintenance. Attendees receive a coupon for a free tuber.

 

2 Left Feet Presents: Tango Lessons at Pybus

Free partner dancing classes take place at Pybus Public Market, located at 7 N. Worthen St., Wenatchee, every Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. The Argentine tango, designed for two dancers—a lead and a follow—is taught. Single individuals are welcome to join the lessons and rotate partners among themselves.

 

Camp Fire NCW Auction

Camp Fire North Central Washington and Camp Zanika Lache will host a benefit auction on April 11, 2024, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Wenatchee Convention Center. All proceeds will support youth programs at both camps.

To purchase tickets, please contact Theresa Samuelsen at the Camp Fire office in Wenatchee by calling 509-663-1609. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.campfirencw.org. Individual tickets are priced at $45 each, and reservations for a table (which seats 8) can be made for $425.

The NCW Camp Fire Board of Directors and Executive Director Theresa Samuelsen extend their gratitude for your support.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early at 5:30 p.m. to network with others and avoid the rush.
