Pumpkin Decorating

Indulge in a delightful wine-tasting experience or savor a full glass of wine, beer, or cider as you unleash your creativity, painting, decorating, and crafting your very own unique pumpkin masterpiece.

Pumpkins and all the decorating materials you need will be provided.

Night-In-A-Box
When: Friday, October 13, 2023 | Starts at 8:00 AM
Where: Sav-Mart, 1729 N. Wenatchee Avenue, Wenatchee

Come sleep in a box! This will be a fun evening and fund raising to feed thousands through the fall and winter months. There will be a hot meal, music, a box decorating contest, and more! This is a great experience for families & friends to do together!

Leavenworth

Birding by the River
When: Wednesday, October 11, 2023 | 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Where: Wenatchee River Institute, 347 Division Street, Wenatchee

Go birding with knowledgeable WRI staff around the WRI campus! All birding skill levels are welcome. Need binoculars? We have loaner binoculars that you can borrow.

This is a great opportunity to learn about eBird, the largest biodiversity-related community science project in the world, and utilize it to record our observations of local wild birds. Total walking distance is ½ mile, over a gravel path with two moderate hills. Come prepared for the weather. These walks will happen on the second Wednesday of each month for the whole year. Join us for as many as you can!

Trail difficulty level: beginner level
Trail is wide enough for ADA access, but trails are gravel

Meet outside the River Haus at 8am and plan to be finished by 9:30am. This is a FREE event and no registration is needed.

Sunset & S’mores
When: Wednesday, October 11, 2023 | 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Where: Wenatchee River Institute, 347 Division Street, Wenatchee

Come gather with us at WRI for an evening of food and s’more fun! Jump into fall with us as the evening light fades and the stars come out. Join us for a camp meal, drinks, live music with local musician, Corban Welter, and an exciting raffle (details below)! Socialize with fellow WRI supporters, board members, staff, and students! This is a family friendly event. This event will be outdoors on the WRI River Haus Lawn (as weather permits).

Your ticket includes your meal, dessert, entertainment, and one drink ticket for wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage of choice.

OKTOBERFEST DINNER CRUISE
