    For our team, that means being proactive with our clients’ safety and selling homes for top dollar.

     
    It means:

    Wearing masks and staying 6 ft apart when meeting with home sellers.

    Creating more quality, engaging, video content to market the homes we sell.

    Hosting virtual open houses and doing virtual consultations.

    Just before COVID19 became a serious concern, I listed a Lake Chelan luxury home for sale…

     
    But, suddenly, our whole world changed…

    The Safer at Home order put in place.

    The uncertainty felt so thick you could cut it with a knife…

    My clients took the home off the market, which I completely understood.

    After a few weeks passed, my clients started feeling more confident…

    …so, we put the home back on the market.

    We resumed our aggressive marketing strategy, and sure enough…

    …my phone started ringing with inquiries about this $1 M luxury home!

    A couple weeks later we opened escrow and we closed last week.

    The buyers are a family with a young child and they needed to buy a home for their little one to grow into.
