Two must-read books for real estate agents in 2022

In 2022, I hit $1 billion in real estate sales in my career. I owe it all to my first year when I sold one home for $180,000. That year, I rode the LinkTransit Bus for 2 hrs each day to and from my broker’s office each day.

I didn’t need to drive because I didn’t have any leads or clients. The truth is I couldn’t afford gas until I made my first sale. I needed my last $3000 to last 6 months.

On the bus each day I would read sales books. I’m an introvert and I get very uncomfortable and nervous at a party or gathering. And I was thrust into a career that required sales.

Over my first year in real estate on the bus rides…

…I read 50 different sales books including business and self-development. It was my very own real estate sales university. This one setback riding a bus was the key to my success.

Today, I’m going to share two books that are must-reads for 2022 because 2022 will be the most challenging year ever in real estate.
