We are going to see more seller inventory come on the MLS throughout Eastern Washington than we have seen in the past. This will catch a lot of agents of the guard so, this is how you should prepare.
Stay in communication with your sellers. Buyer demand will decrease because of the seasons, it will still be high but, not as hot. This means sellers need to be prepared to price their homes correctly. There will be less room for error when pricing a listing.
The MLS will see and has already seen more price reductions. This trend will continue because sellers were and are pricing their homes on the high end plus a premium on speculation.
Call all your buyers and educate them that the market will see new inventory this Fall and they need to stay involved.
