We found Roselle online and from the start she was a rock star! We ran into a number of hurdles along our house buying journey, but Roselle stood by us the entire way and always kept a positive outlook. We are from Seattle and wanted a second home in the Leavenworth/Wenatchee area. We had a long wish list for our new home, but we were still solidifying our must have requirements, our location and frankly our budget. As a result we saw a ton of homes in all different price ranges from Cle Elum to Chelan. Roselle was very patient and extremely helpful as we explored all the different options. Nick amazed us with his knowledge of the housing market and his profession. We were having a home built and the plan was to move and sell my existing home after the move. Six weeks before the loan would be needed the lender said its close with your debt to income ratio we can't guarantee the loan unless you have your house sold. I asked Nick if he thought he could do it and he didn't hesitate no problem. I need your help getting it in to selling condition and I can sell it fast. I was looking to buy a house for my 80 year old Dad with some pretty tough requirements. One level, as few steps up or down as possible and Dad insisted on a view. Almost impossible in a valley community right? So, I called Nick McLean's office and within a day we looked at several homes that almost fit the bill.
