Nick McLean’s Guide to the Chelan County Fair
Do you want to get in touch with some of the locals? Do you enjoy the Ferris Wheel? Do you enjoy looking at the farm animals? How about a caramel apple? Then bring yourself and your family to the Chelan County Fair.
Cashmere is the home of the Chelan County Fair. There’s something to see and do every day from 9/9 to 9/12 from 9am-11pm.
The animals are brought in by hard working youth. They show their summer work to judges and then auction them off to the best buyer.
The rides are open from 4pm – 11pm. Come and Zip on the Zipper, swing on the swings, bump on the bumper cars or go around and around on the Farris Wheel.
The sights include local vegetables, art from braided leather to charcoal drawings. So many choices made with talent and pride.
Come to the Chelan County Fair. Mingle with the locals and support local farms. Enjoy.
